These terms set the rules for using baranim.com. They apply to this website only. Our platforms (Riwaq, Raawy and Wolloj) have their own terms on their own sites. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Purpose of the site
baranim.com presents Baranim and our platforms, and lets you contact us. Its content is for information only. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract, and it does not create any obligation for either side.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, characters, logos, designs and code of this site belong to Baranim or are used with permission of their owners. The names Baranim, Riwaq, Raawy and Wolloj, and their logos, are trademarks of Baranim.
You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or reuse any of its content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
Our platforms
Riwaq, Raawy and Wolloj are separate services. Using them is governed by the terms and the privacy policy published on their own sites, not by these terms. Some of them may not be available yet.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, do not attack or disrupt the site, its servers or its network, and do not try to reach anything you are not meant to reach.
Do not scrape or copy the site automatically in a way that harms its operation or overloads it.
Do not use the contact form to send spam, advertising, unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to pretend to be someone else.
We may block access for anyone who does not respect these rules.

The contact form is for genuine questions about Baranim and our platforms. Sending a message does not create a contract or guarantee a reply, although we do our best to answer quickly. The way we handle your data is described in our privacy policy. You can also write to contact@baranim.com.

The site may link to websites that we do not control, such as the sites of our platforms or of our providers. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it is brought before the competent Moroccan courts.
